Train Skills Management (TSM) is an innovative, technology-skills based, hands-on Heavy Equipment Operator training using a hybrid blended learning approach with high-tech simulation and live equipment training opportunities. Our Industry certified Heavy Equipment Operator's training program, provides each graduate with an Industry Certified & Recognized Heavy Equipment Operator Certificate which can provide an accelerated employment pathway into the skilled Construction Trades and Entrepreneurship. TSM's training program has been WIOA credentialed from 2018-2022. Currently, Train Skills Management, LLC is in process of applying for our WI Private School Licensing recognition. We project that this process should be completed by October 2022.

Admission and Entrance Requirements –1. You must be a High School graduate & 18yrs or older 2. possess a valid drivers license 3. successfully pass a drug/alcohol screen 4. have no open felonies 5. must provide proof of current COVID vaccinations 6. must be able to lift 50# and be able to stand long hours.

For a 3-5 week investment in time and a course cost of $10,750 per person a graduate from our program has potential to earn a Family Sustaining wage which could exceed $85,000.00+ annually.
